This was a 1/1 human token created with Lovestruck Beast, not a copy of a creature. My understanding of the rules is that unless it is a copy of a creature, a token has a zero CMC. The same should be true of a creature with X CMC like Stonecoil Serpent. For some reason I am unable to select the token when I put in zero as the cost paid.
